Driveway and concrete cleaning in Oklahoma City
Concrete is porous. Over time it soaks up dirt, tire marks, oil, mildew and red clay until a gray driveway looks dark and blotchy. Wash Dynasty uses commercial hot and cold water equipment with a rotary surface cleaner, which cleans evenly and leaves no "zebra stripes," the streaky lines you get from a handheld wand.
Clean concrete makes the whole property look sharper and removes the slippery film of algae that builds up on shaded walks and patios.
Our concrete cleaning process
1. Pre-treat
We apply a degreaser or cleaning solution matched to the stains on your concrete, and let it work so the surface cleaner can lift what's soaked in.
2. Surface clean
A rotary surface cleaner covers the flat areas in even passes. Edges, steps and corners are detailed with a wand.
3. Post-treat and rinse
We apply a post-treatment to brighten the concrete and slow mildew regrowth, then rinse the driveway, walks, siding and landscaping so nothing is left behind.
Stains we treat
- Oil and fluid stains from cars and equipment. Fresh spots usually lift completely; old, deep stains get lighter but may not fully disappear.
- Rust stains from fertilizer, sprinklers and metal furniture, treated with a dedicated rust remover.
- Red dirt and clay that washes onto driveways and walks after Oklahoma storms.
- Mildew and algae on shaded sidewalks, north-facing patios and pool decks.
- Tire marks, gum and general grime on driveways and commercial walkways.
We'll tell you up front what to expect from each stain, so there are no surprises.

Should you seal your concrete?
Sealing isn't required, but it helps. A penetrating sealer makes it harder for oil, red dirt and water to soak in, so your driveway stays clean longer and resists freeze-thaw damage over Oklahoma winters. Pavers benefit the most, because sealing locks the joint sand in place and keeps weeds and ants out. We can quote sealing along with your cleaning.
How much does driveway cleaning cost?
Concrete cleaning is priced by square footage, how stained the surface is, and whether you want stain treatment or sealing. A standard two-car driveway is one of our quickest jobs, and adding the sidewalk, front porch or patio while we're there costs less than booking them separately. Quotes are free, usually the same day.
Pair it with a house wash and window cleaning for a full exterior refresh.

How often should you clean your driveway?
Most Oklahoma City homeowners clean their driveway once a year. Homes with heavy shade, nearby trees or lots of red dirt runoff may want it twice a year. Businesses with high foot traffic often book monthly or quarterly.
